Educated at the University of Reading, England, and the
University of Nigeria, Enugu, Jay Onwukwe holds degrees in
Estate Management (Reading) and in Surveying and Geodesy (UNN).
A qualified and registered Surveyor with many years of
international exposure, Jay executed geophysical surveys in
Yemen, Sudan, UK and Nigeria for multi-national oil companies
including Shell, Chevron, Total and NNPC, while working for
United Geophysical Europe, as Survey Supervisor for Africa &
Middle-East Operations.
A friend of Youths, Jay founded the Before40 Youth Empowerment
Foundation for Better Citizenship, a private initiative to
educate, encourage, motivate, inspire and empower Youths towards
legitimate Wealth, Wisdom, Prosperity and better Citizenship.
